• GIRLS: Monday, December 4, 2023

• BOYS: Tuesday, December 5, 2023

• MAKEUP: Friday,  December 8, 2023

Athletic Clearance

In order to participate on the team or tryout, you must be athletically cleared. 

1. Create account and log-in to athleticclearance.com and start a new clearance for Portola HS (CIF-SS) and the 2022-23 school year. Please be sure to complete all requested fields

2. Make an appointment for a sports physical conducted by a licensed medical professional (i.e. your primary care doctor), and UPLOAD completed form to athletic clearance account (IUSD Physical Form)

3. CONFIRMATION: Once you have completed your athletic clearance online, please print/sign/email a copy of your physical and athletic clearance confirmation page to Marci Boden (marciboden@iusd.org). She will notify you via email once clearance is complete.

4. NOTE: For those of you in fall/winter sports, double check you are cleared in your current sport AND swimming. Cleared for one sport does not automatically clear you for swim.
